By law, we are unable to accept any returns on any undergarments, sleepwear, lingerie, etc. We stand behind our merchandise. If you received an order that is damaged by UBU, we will be more than happy to exchange it for a new item or a store credit. We can’t accept any returns on worn merchandise. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and otherwise in its original condition.
